We Live on a farm in rural Tennessee, about 50 miles from Nashville. I am a Brit married to a wonderful Southern gentleman,and have lived in the States for over 20 years.

Favorite Foods:

I love the summer when local produce becomes available in our area, I am famous for a side dish I call messy corn,everyone loves it , but not to be eaten in polite company.Ha Ha.
I adore Thai food and have to have my fix every time I pop down to Nashville .
