I have been making these candy recipes for about five years at Christmas. I experimented until I got them right. You have to hide them or they have a way of disappearing. My favourite cookbooks are "The Best of Bridge" series, they are just great. I am a devoted animal lover, have two cats. I have a new grandson, born in October /01, wonderful~! Recipezaar is a great way to find new things to cook.

Favorite Foods:

I make homemade bread in a bread machine every day or so, it makes it easier to get up in the morning if you can smell fresh bread baking! I also make Chinese food from scratch and my family loves it, especially the egg rolls. As you can tell I love to cook.
