about me

I work as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service in Tacoma, WA. Since I work 40+ hours a week, I don't do as much cooking as I used to. I would use quick-to-fix recipes for two people.
I love to sew for my grandkids, but don't get a lot of time for that either.
I have a little Noble Macaw named Sam and a Lhasa-Pug mix named Bandit.
I am an avid reader (just about any fiction) and an even more avid shopper! I love going to Oregon to shop.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is Mexican. My favorite restaurant is a little place called The Funky Iguana. They're very good and reasonably priced.
The two things I make that are my family's favorites are Chicken Divan and something I just call Stew Meat and Noodles.
