about me

retired 8 years after 36 years in insurance business. Have a husband and three grown up daughters. Don't really enjoy preparing meals but it has to be done so I'm always looking for something simple and tasty to cook for dinner. Prefer baking and making desserts for company.

Favorite Foods:

Favourite foods - salads and vegetables but we do also eat meat and fish. Don't have one favourite dish but we do love spicy food. Also loved my own home-made flat bread (lavosh) - great wish cheese, smoked salmon etc. - almost anything.
