I LOVE to cook. Its my Passion as well as my stress relief. My Christmas list is always full of things for my kitchen, and the bookshelves in my house are full of cook books from every place and every era. Even the things I collect have to do with food. Salt + pepper shakers / tea pots / pitures / and clocks. (Have you ever been in a kitchen without a clock?) My kitchen is the biggest room in my house, well stocked and always open. Of course all this food fancy has turned me into a "WELL ROUNDED" person, but my hubby and kids love me, so who cares. I even made most of the food for my wedding, including a 4 tiered cake (with fountain). I am trying to open my own deli in the small town where I live. Its a little harder than I thought, but have no fear I will persevere. I have been using recipes from this site for several years now with great success. The best part for me is the variety and the reviews.
hmmm..... Well I have a strong Itallian background so I guess my favorite food would be, a realy cheesy lasagna. Of course a thick grilled rib eye cant be beat. But lets not forget cheese cake. and what about mac and cheese. Oh shoot. I guess it would be easier to say what I dont like. Liver, brussel sprouts and green peppers, Yuck.
