People give me funny looks when I say I took Home Ec for 6 years. I love to cook. I'm not one to experiment though. I may make a small adjustment to a recipe but I'm just not willing to make something and not like it. I guess it's that "waste not, want not" that was beat into our heads by the parents!

Favorite Foods:

I am famous for my spaghetti sauce which is my signature recipe. I love the versitility of it and I make a hugh pot and make manicotti, lasagna and baked ziti and freeze. My favorite food is corned beef and I mean REAL CORNED BEEF. There are several reasons to visit Cleveland (R&R Hall of Fame) but my favorite is a hot corned beef sandwich at SLYMAN'S DELI. It is to die for and I've never met a better quality corned beef. Wish they would ship it to me on dry ice!!
