I grew up near LA a block from the beach. My DH grew up in Indy. We've lived in the CA desert, GA, FL, and New England (so far).
I like simple stuff that doesn't take a long time. I also like either very strong or very subtle flavors.
I used to do "custard toast" for company brunch. But we haven't hosted a brunch in a long time. Maybe one of these days I'll make it again and post the recipe!
