Lets see,where to start? I'm a stay at home mom for now.And living on one income makes for creative living.I'm always on the lookout for ways to stretch our grocery budget but still make foods that my husband and children enjoy.I usually cook from scratch and love recipe collecting.

Favorite Foods:

Our family and friends love my cooking and jump at the chance for a dinner invitation.Especially on the holidays when I go overboard cooking and baking all sorts of goodies.My specialties are 7-layer salad,choc chip cookies,lasagne,sourdough bread,cinnamon rolls and oven bbq chicken.But I get tired of eating my own cooking,then I beg my hubby to make his spaghetti and the best apple pie in the world.Or else take me out to dinner.lol
I love Chinese food,but hate to cook it myself,just never tastes as good.
