about me

I'm a work at home dad who travels out of country every couple of months and i spend my weekends renovating a "project" house with my dad. I have twin boys and a beautiful little girl. My favorite cook is Alton Brown on FoodTV and I "try" to bake organic WW bread twice a week.

I love to BBQ and cook as much as I can from scratch. I just started home canning and can't wait for the next growing season to put some jars up in the cellar for winter.
