Im a designer that works part-time from home WITH my kids! : )

I enjoy scrapping in my spare time... and shudder when faced with chicken on a bone!

Favorite Foods:

Sushi from Mikuni, cheese enchiladas, mashed potatoes and gravy, roast beef and yorkshire pudding (when my Mom makes it).

I do have a couple signature dishes... chicken stuffed with sauteed mushrooms and garlic cream cheese... cheese enchiladas... spaghetti sauce, chicken parm... well at least I like them!
