I am 24 years old and recently moved to New York city. I just got back from 8 months in Europe traveling mostly along the mediteranean from Spain and down to Turkey and then up to Germany. I work at a Health club on Broadway as a personal Trainer and I Love to Eat! I also love to cook and am always searching for new and delicious, recipes. I also love traveling and learning about other cultures. If I had a month off from work I would go to Thailand.

My Motto: Take Care of yourself and treat yourself right. Strive to understand what that truly means. It may not always be easy and may not always be fun but it leads to a happy and rewarding life.

Favorite Foods:

I like all good food. Every region and every cuisine. My favorited are Asian and Middle Eastern.
