Favorite Foods:

I love anything Indian or Thai; a good steak; Maine lobster; red wine. DH and I both love to cook and spend hours in our kitchen preparing our dinners, and meals for family and friends.

Although I don't always follow this rule, I do believe in "keeping it simple".

Just a quick note about rating recipes, I've decided to only rate the recipes if I think they are good. I don't like giving low ratings, because SO much depends on personal taste! I also promise to try and be constructive, and I won't give a negative rating if I have tampered with the recipe!
