about me

About me?? hmmm.. well I started cooking when I was a child growing up in my grandparents house, so I cook old school. That means I cook mainly from scratch. I like to add my own twist to recipe's and get in the kitchen to just mix this or that to try out something new. Some things come out good and others just flop, but I will post the recipe's that my friends like. Not to bad for someone that works on cars all day.

Favorite Foods:

Just about anything thats edible.. lol.. my chili and my seafood chowder are my fav's to make as they always get great reviews.
