I was raised down south but I now live in Philly. I like cooking but I tend to get obsessive about particular types of cooking and work them to death before I move on. Right now I am into all things yeast breadish. Pursuing the perfect pizza crust and the perfect sourdough (using homemade starter) is my current obsession.
