about me

I live in a small town in PA, near lake Erie. I am married and have a 7yr. old son.
We're a very active family- love boating and camping. we tent camp as much as the weather and our schedules allow. camping typically includes my gang plus my mom, stepfather, brother and sister in law and 2 yr. old neice. My son is involved in all types of sports through our school district and our local YMCA. my husband and i coach many of the leagues my son is involved in.
I go to the gym daily and love it. I love being active and healthy.
my Passions: My family; cooking and creating unique and healthy vegetarian recipes; gardening. i'm learning (very slowly!)how to knit and crochet. i workout daily - running and resistance training. i absolutely love to run and my dream is to run a marathon - someday.

Favorite Foods:

I love love love all fruits and veggies. Nothing needs to be added for me to enjoy them. i prepare all my recipes with replacements such as unsweetened applesauce for oil and splenda for sugars.
