I've been visiting this site for a couple of years now, and I'd like to report that I've become an okay cook as a result. I can't tell you how much I rely on Recipezaar every single day of my life! So, I don't have a favorite cookbook, but instead a favorite website. I'm a family court mediator and a former high school social studies teacher. I'm married to a great guy, I have wonderful a daughter who's 17 and a fantastic son who's 10, and we live beside the Kentucky River in some of the most beautiful bluegrass country in the state. My passion is my family. They inspire me. We all enjoy cooking together and sitting down to family meals, grilling out and having parties, tooling up and down the river in our pontoon, camping, bluegrass music festivals, vacations, movies, sports, and most of all THE KENTUCKY WILDCATS!!! GO CATS!!!! We have season tickets for both football and basketball! Pet peeves... I can't stand arrogant people.

Favorite Foods:

Grilled seafood, any kind of soup or stew, grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, I love pasta with creamy alfredo sauce, fresh veggies and herbs, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian.....
