about me

I am a cabinet maker and work with my husband; wouldn't have it any other way. Less stress than any other job i have had.
I love to cook and love to collect recipes. It's an addiction for me!
Canning is one of my passions, can't tell you have many jars of jams and jellies i make; but i love to give them away.

My pet peeve: People who cook and do not keep a clean kitchen during the process....drives my crazy!

My favorite food is sweet and sour red cabbage served with a good pork roast and gravy with potatoes.
