I've done my Hotel Management course from India. I've worked with Taj Group of hotels(India), Burj Al Arab , Dubai(world's tallest hotel) and presently working with an US based Cruise Liner.
My all time favorite books are : Larousse and Escoffier.
My favorite chefs are : Chef Anton Mossiman and Chef Marco P. White.
I love Indian "Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani".
I love fusion cooking. Fusion of Indian food with Mexican, as they have lots of common ingredients.
My favourite restaurants are: Hard Rock Cafe(N.Y.), Khyber(Mumbai), Karachi Darbar (Dubai) and Zodiac Grill (Taj Mahal, Mumbai).
