I teach Foods to wonderful high school students in Illinois! I cook for the fun of it and the art of it! Cooking is my passion! Right now I am reading Hallelujah! The Welcome Table by Maya Angelou. I love the stories food tells!

My daughters rave over my enchiladas. My friends love my cookie baking weekends, and my church... well they love just about anything I cook up for them.
