about me

Recently retired from the US Air Force after 24 years. Most of my time was spent overseas, where I learned to cook the local dishes wherever I went. My hobbies are cooking, gardening, spoiling my cats, digital photography, fixing/building computers, and creating 3d images on the computer.

Favorite Foods:

I love cooking unusual and etchnic dishes, and trying/experimenting with new recipes. I cook Greek, Korean, Italian, Mexican, and Filipino foods the best. My favorites would have to be anything BBQ'd, Greek and Oriental foods. Some dishes that I cook that others like the are my chili (1st place, 1994 Chili Cook-off), Greek Tzatziki, Chinese 5 Spice Spareribs, BBQ'd pulled pork, and smoked turkey. I'm trying my hand now at Indian food, the trick is finding places to order ingrediants from-without paying a fortune!
