about me

I am from New Jersey, married for 19 years. He and I am from totally different parts of the world. I have three sons, 18, 16 and 15. I also have a four year old chocolate lab. I love collecting cook books and and I have well over 500 of them, obviously I love cooking and I love, love, love collecting recipes. I love recipezaar because it gives me an opportunity to peek into everyones kitchens and see whats cookin! lol.

Favorite Foods:

I'd have to say, I love Indian and Asian dishes best or recipes with tons of flavor. Though I love eating all kinds of foods. I tend to play with my recipes to make it suit my palate and I season by taste rather than by measurement.I make sushi's a lot because my sons love sushi. I cook Thai, Italian, Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Korean, Arabic etc., Everyday HAS to be a different cuisine! My family is so spoiled! I love recipezaar, it is a facinating place to be, and I feel like I am part of the community here! I start every morning with a cup of coffee at the computer checking out recipes at recipezaar. lol. I swear!
