I live in Ontario in a small town not far from toronto. I am a semi-retired English teacher (I do substitute work). For fun, I read, go for walks, watch a little TV and play games. My favourite cookbook is The Joy of Cooking.(I have over twenty other books, but that one is a great source of basic information.

I like Italian cooking best. After that, I like both French provincial and Indian cooking.
