about me

I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 11 yrs. I live in TX. I am a speech-language pathologist and I mainly work with kids with developmental disorders. I like finding great "regular" recipes and subbing fake meat in order to make it a vegetarian dish.

I hate when people throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Favorite Foods:

I like most foods, as long as it is vegetarian, I will probably like it. Well, that isn't true. I don't like tabouleh!
