Vietnamese, stay at home mom of two, Seamus is now almost four and Claire is almost 10 months! Passions: my family and feeding them. Love all of my cookbooks.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Filippino, Sushi, Korean and tomato based dishes. My family loves it when I make "oven kalua pork with pineapple cilantro relish". My favorite restaurant is a little hole in the wall eatery on Main St.in Santa Ana CA call "Lucky Star".
