about me

I'm a registered nurse, that works crazy hours that which leave a lot of time for cooking. I have a boyfriend that should have been a chef, so now I need to perfect my cooking skills...lol
This is hard to do because my free time is taken up with my 7 horses and 3 dogs!!!
I enjoy taking the horses for a weekend or week, if I am lucky, of riding and camping...I have become a whiz at cooking on an open fire and white gas stove.
I'm extremely jealous of that person who can look in the frig that I see nothing to eat in and can cook a gourmet meal!!

Favorite Foods:

All foods are my favorite. Lean more towards the hot and spicy, but love a huge bowl of homemade ice cream!!!
