about me

I am 30 years old and live in Jamestown, ND, a college town of about 15,000. I am a medical biller and have worked there for 3 years. I have a 6 year old that is the light of my life and an 20 month old baby girl that is a huge bundle of energy. They are the reasons that I've started cooking a lot more lately. My favorite cookbook is "How to Cook Everything" it has tons of great simple recipes and can really teach you to cook anything!

Favorite Foods:

I am best known for my homeade enchiladas which are awesome, and I love to bake batter breads. I really don't have a favorite food, the list would go on and on, but I really like to try new things!
