I am married and have 3 sons. I also have a mini dachshund named Mandy. *

*My Mandy passed away on 10/1/09. She was 15 years old. She will remain my Recipezaar icon and will forever live in my heart.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook Italian. Recipes that I've learned from my mother and grandmothers. My favorite food is anything my mom cooks! She is my inspiration. I also love to cook recipes from other cultures. Some of my favorites are Korean, Spanish and Lebanese dishes. My favorite restaurant is a little family owned Italian reastaurant in my own town. I have other favorites on Federal Hill (Little Italy) in Providence, RI.
