In moving from not keeping kosher to keeping it, and in moving from the USA to Israel, I have learned a lot about "coverting" recipes. Later I started creating my own, but I still go back to the oldies but goodies, with the modifications, of course.

Favorite Foods:

I love traditional dishes, tried and true. Not into the processed garbage the modern world tries to shove into our shopping carts, and now my DH is into health, so more whole wheat and brown rice recipes. But the sweet tooth just won't go away!
