I'm a new mom who is still very new at the whole cooking thing. So, any recipe that looks easy and yummy is a recipe for me.

Favorite Foods:

I love spicy food. My dad makes a lot of Thai food, so I've grown fond of that. Anything with cilantro is a winner. I'm known for always making "Fantastic Chicken" or "Russian Chicken" or whatever it is that people call it. It's got to be the easiest, yummiest recipe you can put in a crockpot.
