about me

I am a wife, mother and student (all at the same time, of course), and I also help out at a concession stand for equestrian events in Virginia. I do the cookies/brownies/cupcakes, so I spend alot of time in the kitchen. When I'm not busy, I try and make meals that are healthy and balanced, but that does get difficult.

I hope to spend more time here again, just like I used to. I miss it here!

Favorite Foods:

No seaweed, melons, tropical fruits, or most Tex-Mex food (it looks kinda scary sometimes). Other than that, I'll try it! I like some Vietnamese food, starting to like spicy stuff, and looooooooooove pasta. Comfort food and cheesy casseroles are definitely on the A list for me, but I try to cook healthy food for the family. DH and my son are still carnivores, so we compromise as much as we can. We stay away from processed food as much as possible, but I don't begrudge the use of cream of X soup. Live and let eat.
