Recently, cooking has become my favorite hobby! It is hands-on, involves reading, and new ideas and people. Also, my honey is sure happy about it (but not the weight he has gained)!

Favorite Foods:

Asian, Creole, Cuban, German, Seafood, Southern, Soul Food, Thai.
My family's fave dishes are Blackened Tilapia, California Pot Roast, Chicken Piccata, Easy (& delicious) Thai Beef, Mexican Casserole, Maple Baked Chicken, Geneva's Crazy Cake, Vegetable Melange' au Gratin, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Shana's Sweet Potatoes.
