Hi, I am Norwegian but have lived in England for almost 6 years. I live outside London with my husband. I am a nurse. I love cooking and try new recipes. For a few weeks now we have been on a low GI diet, and recipezaar has been excellent to get new ideas.
My favourite cookbooks are Nigella Lawsons. She has a real passion for food and I love just to read about her thoughts on food.

Favorite Foods:

My favourite food is norwegian and chinese food. I like fish, bur also spicy food, and I like to mix different spices.

I am famous for my pasta dishes, as there is so much to do with pasta.
