I love cooking and of course eating! My challenge is taking all of the differrent foods that I make and formulating an accurate, easy to follow recipe for each. I have became too accustomed to adding spices until it tastes just right and then throwing in a little more for good measure. Adding my recipes may prove to be a slow process.
