about me

For years, not being the artistic or handy type, I decided I needed a hobby and nothing struck my fancy. It finally dawned on me that my joy of cooking, learning new recipes and feeding a crowd is my way of relaxing. I have become obsessed over my new hobby and am having a blast experimenting with all the neat gadgets and learning about food. The interesting thing about me is that I am from the North, but I cook completely South, to the deteriment of my physique. YUMMMY.

Favorite Foods:

I love Italian and Mexican. Could eat it everyday of the year. I grew up with a strong Polish heritage and it is still my comfort food.
