about me

I am an "ex-chef" but no longer working. Though I still love to cook. I've been married for 20yrs. to a wonderful man. We have a son,and a dog and cat who are best friends. (The dog & cat, I mean). Though we have lived in many areas of the country, we currently live outside of Houston, TX. I love to read, play on the computer, and quilt, and have recently become addicted to sudoku puzzles!! I am a Domestic Engineer (housewife!), have a HUGE cookbook collection, and can not tolerate selfish people!

Favorite Foods:

Aahhh, my favorite foods....The list of my least favorite foods would be much shorter!! My most favorites would be seafood and chocolate (though not together!!). I can't stand coconut, and many vegis, escepially if they are overcooked and mushy! yuk! I also can't tolerate anything spicy. This tends to limit my choices some what.
