Widowed, mother of 5, grandmother of 7, great-grandmother of 2. My grandchildren are the joy of my life. Cooking is my passion, reading is my relaxation, so reading new recipes is "passionate relaxation".

Favorite Foods:

Currently my favorite dish to cook is Caramel Pecan Pie. I won 1st. prize with this in a pie baking contest in our little town right before Christmas.

My favorite restaurant is Joe's Crab Shack. So much fun and such good food. Their crab balls are to die for.
