about me

I am a working mom who loves to cook and bake! Luckily, my family loves my food, especially my oatmeal raisin cookies and soft chocolate chip cookies. I enjoy stamping, reading, and walking. I am a member of a wonderful book club that keeps me reading interesting choices. My passion is my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I love singing on the Praise Team in my church. I don't really have a favorite cookbook since I have several that I like. The ones I enjoy the most are local church cookbooks. The recipes are tried and true, and I can always find something delicious to try for my family. The only pet peeves I have are people making excuses for their behavior and not taking responsibility for what they do.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods include chicken, grilled steak, pizza, and pasta. I love Italian and Mexican food. My favorite restaurant is a local Mexican restaurant called Downtown Trini's and Margarita Joe's. The food is wonderful, and the margaritas aren't bad either! I am 'famous' for my delicious cheesy vegetable dip and my triple chocolate cake. I'm also known for my cookies and brown breads. Like I said, I love to bake!
