I love to cook, bake, share recipes. I've been the family cook for over 12 years now and won't pass up the opportunity to do something dazzling, though my family is woefully addicted to meat and potatoes (UGH!!). I host Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day and Fourth of July every year, not to mention any unplanned, but for the heck of it dinners....

Favorite Foods:

My palate is extremely exotic! I LOVE foods that are highly spiced and flavorful....Vietnamese, Middle Eastern, Korean, Spanish and Indian cuisines are on my short list of favorites. Next are cuisines that are more familiar: Soul Food and Mexican (authentic only).
