Known how to make a gravy from scratch since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. I now enjoy cooking for my family here from all the wonderful recipes we've been blessed with others sharing, family & friends alike. It's wonderful to find another spot on the net to search out new family favorites, or the ingredients to ones we've ran across but never learned how to make until now!
We love asian cuisine here most, but enjoy creole/cajun cooking from family recipes, italian, french, and basically anything with some serious flavor to it!
