I am a stay-at-home mom after 20 years of full-time working. I am really enjoying playing in the kitchen now that I have the time and am not rushed. I have a 13 yr old son and a 10 yr old daughter who keep my busy and always smiling!

Favorite Foods:

I love pastas and potatoes!

I am a huge fan of Japanese Steakhouses! I could eat there every week!

Chilis, casseroles, etc are a family favorite - I guess they're kid pleasers lol.

Mexican cuisine is one of my favorites, along with Japanese and Thai.
