I work in communications for a non-profit organization in Lincoln, Nebraska. In October 2008, I am getting married to my wonderful fiance Marco. We've been together since December 2006 and I have been cooking for him ever since we met.

Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies and I utilize Recipezaar often for inspiration. It's extremely useful in figuring out how to use whatever strange, new ingredient I recently found at the grocery store, or to figure out how to use up a leftover.
