Enjoy cooking for family celebrations. Especially love the comments whenever a new salad or veggie dish is served. Like...."maybe for another dinner, just not for the holidays!"

Our family loves seafood and Tex-Mex from the years of living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in Texas. We enjoy casseroles as main dishes. In fact I found "Recipe*zaar" by doing a search for the "Poppyseed Chicken" recipe recently served to a large group at our church for dinner. Guess what is in the oven this minute! Ah, you figured right!
