Hello everyone! OK, here goes: I am a stockbroker in Scottsdale, AZ., very happily married to my husband (Paul) for 7 years...He also happened to be a client of mine.He is a professional race car driver. I felt like I was in a "cooking rut" always making the same things — then I discovered the 'zaar. Paul says that every night is a culinary adventure since then (at least I don't have to worry that my cooking is boring him). I've always enjoyed cooking. My (very Italian) mother taught me to cook from scratch. Jarred pasta sauce was the greatest sin in her eyes. I can honestly say that I have never had the experience of testing the dreaded jarred sauce! I do plan to post some of my own recipes, once I take the time to actually measure the ingredients!
