about me

I live with my husband, our three precious kitties and one rotten dog in a 104 year old farmhouse (fixer-upper) in central Indiana. I work for a non-profit organization and my husband owns a painting/wallcovering company. I'm addicted to recipezaar and the Food Network and have recently started cooking more diverse dishes and even created a cookbook for a friend at his request! I like to write children's stories and be creative through other forms of writing, crafts, and all that stuff you can find at Michael's.

Favorite Foods:

Anything with tabasco. Anything loaded with sour cream. Anything my mom makes. Anything that Paula Deen cooks (yeah, butter!) OH, and my mother-in-law's apple dumplings with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. To die for!
