about me

Hello to all. Thanks to all for taking the time to read all about me. I've just moved to the Northern Territory and loving it here. I can't wait to be able to put all the local produce to work in my kitchen. I love to cook and no doubt with the climate here we will be using the BBQ alot more these days. I'm a huge dog lover and I spend most of my time with my dogs if I'm not trying out any of my kept recipes from the zaar site. Cheers for now.

Favorite Foods:

I tend to have fads with my foods but I love comfort food. I love greek/italian food and am lucky enough to have greek and italian clients that share recipes with me and will show me how to cook them. I grew up with a stay at home mum and mum loved to cook so every day we would come home from school to find something cooling on a tray for us. I remember weekend backyard cricket matches and at half time we would stop to have hot cinnamon doughnuts. Mum's still like that and now my kids get to benefit as well. I would have to say that I got my love of cooking and baking from my mum. Thanks mum!!
