about me

Since I work so many hours, I don't have a lot of time to cook, which I love to do. On Sundays, I always prepare a good(hopefully),big meal, trying new recipes especially from the UK(Yes, I'm an Anglophile). I live in a zoo(kidding), but it sometimes seems that way as I have a lot of cats, dogs, and birds. My summer is spent weeding the garden, but I do manage to get a few veggies out of all that hard work.

Favorite Foods:

If I were stranded on a desert island, I would take with me an unending suppy of coconut cream pie, Bakewell pudding, shortbread, cheese and chicken of any kind.
