I am a Leisureologist with a liking for travel. I do some cooking when I am alowed into the kitchen.
My wife is an excelent cook, so I have a lot of competition. She makes up her own recipees nearly every time she cooks, but I need to have a recipe in front of me.

Favorite Foods:

I like almost any type of food as long as they are not over spiced, I canot stand food that is so hot with pepper or curry that it burns my throat.
