Almost anything rolled up, copy-cat recipes, and master-mix/in-a-jar recipes so I don't have to buy boxed foods.
I also love Mexican, Asian, Italian, American, Southern and a few Middle Eastern dishes I've tried (Stuffed Grape Leaves, Hummus, Falafel, and I can't remember the name of the bulgar salad).
