Newly married to a former pastry chef/baker who also put in a fair amount of time in "hot" kitchens, cooking dinner can be intimidating! And that's not even talking about desserts. The hardest part is coming up with what to make ahead of time...
My husband loves spicy foods, and I think mild salsa is a bit hot. He reaches for the pepper grinder, and I reach for the salt. Seafood and pig are both no-nos, but we eats lots of chicken and beef.
