Not a whole lot to tell - just your average person from Brooklyn, NY who loves to cook and would one day love to get into the catering business. I already have a little business on the side making chocolate candy and favors. I work as an Executive Secretary for a major telecommunications company. I have been there for 23 years.
I love Greek and Arabic foods. My "repertoire" has been heavy into these 2 similar, yet different cuisines for the past several months. I have been "famous" (I like to tell everyone "world famous") for my baklava. I have been making it since about 1978 when my best friends boyfriend (at the time) took a piece and shoved (really - he just pushed it in) it in my mouth. It was an instant addiction - the same thing with Pastitsio.
